ImageSource Inc. processes client content data ("Client Data") solely on behalf of and under the instructions of our client-partner organizations. This overview summarizes our data processing practices. Full Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available to all enterprise and government clients upon request.
For Client Data processed through ILINX® (documents, records, personal information belonging to your constituents or customers), your organization acts as the data controller. ImageSource acts as the data processor, processing data only as instructed by you and as required to deliver contracted services.
Client Data is processed and stored within the United States. For clients with specific data residency requirements, ImageSource can accommodate on-premise or private cloud deployments within your jurisdiction.
ImageSource uses a limited set of trusted sub-processors to deliver ILINX services. A current sub-processor list is available to client-partners upon request. We notify clients of material changes to our sub-processor list in advance.
Client Data retention policies are defined in individual service agreements. Upon contract termination, ImageSource will delete or return Client Data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
